How to Remove a Member from Your Go Kollab Community

There may be times when you need to remove a member from your Go Kollab community. Whether due to inactivity or for other reasons, Go Kollab makes it simple to manage your members and remove them when necessary. Follow these steps to remove a member from your group.

1. Access Your Members Section

  • Navigate to your community in Go Kollab.

  • On the top, click on the Members to access the members tab

2. Locate the Member

  • In the Members section, find the member you wish to remove.

  • You can use the search bar to quickly locate a specific member by typing their name or email address.

3. Remove the Member

  • Once you’ve found the member, click on the three dots () next to their name.

  • A dropdown menu will appear. Select Remove From Group from the options.

4. Notify the Member (Optional)

  • Go Kollab does not automatically notify members when they are removed. If you want to inform the person, you can send a separate message or email explaining the reason for their removal.


Important Notes:

  • Permanent Removal: Once a member is removed, they will no longer have access to your community unless you send them another invite to rejoin.

  • Community Management: Removing members helps you maintain a focused and engaged community, ensuring that only active and aligned individuals are part of the group.
