How to Invite Members to Your Go Kollab Community

Inviting members to your Go Kollab community is a key step in growing your group and fostering collaboration. Whether you're inviting a few people or a large audience, Go Kollab makes it easy to bring new members into your space.

Follow these steps to invite members to your community:

1. Access the Invite Section

• Navigate to your community in Go Kollab.

• On the Right-hand side, click on the INVITE MEMBERS button.

2. Invite via Email

• A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email addresses and name of the people you'd like to invite.

• Once you've entered the email addresses, click Send Invite. An invitation email will be sent to each address, containing a link to join your group.

Note:

For subscription-based groups, inviting someone by email will automatically add them to the group and bypass the payment process.

3. Invite via Shareable Link

• If you prefer to share a join link, Go Kollab allows you to generate a shareable link for your community.

• In the same Invite Members section copy the link provided and share it with anyone you want to invite—whether through social media, messaging apps, or other platforms.

• People who click the link will be directed to join your group with just a few simple steps.

4. Give Administrative privileges

• You can invite members and grant them administrative privileges by enabling the Give Administrative Privileges button. This feature is only available when inviting members via email invitation.

• Personalize Your Invites: When inviting members via email, it’s always helpful to follow up with a personal message. Let them know why you’d love to have them join and what they can expect from the community.

• Invite Actively: Share your group’s invite link on social media platforms, newsletters, or relevant forums to grow your community organically.

• Follow Up: For those who haven’t accepted your invitation yet, a friendly reminder email can often encourage them to join.
