Step 1: Access Your Group Settings
Navigate to your community in Go Kollab.
On the Right-hand side, click on the SETTINGS button.
Step 2: Navigate to Branding Tab and Upload Your Group Logo
Click on branding.
- Locate the Group Logo section.
Click Upload Logo to browse your device for your logo image file.
Choose a file (recommended size: 500 x 500 pixels, and a square format for best results).
Once selected, your logo will appear in the group’s header. Click Save to confirm.
Step 3: Add or Change Your Group Cover Photo
Just Above the logo settings, you’ll find the Cover section.
Click Upload Cover Photo to browse and select an image file (recommended size: 1920 x 1080 pixels for best display).
- After uploading, the cover photo will display in your group’s header.
- Hit Save Changes to lock in the update.
Step 4: Review and Finalize
Once your logo and cover photo are uploaded, check your group’s homepage to see how it looks.
If you need adjustments, you can always return to the Settings section to update or replace the images.
