Adding links in your Go Kollab group is great way to provide resources, share additional information, or direct members to external content. Follow the steps below to easily insert clickable links in your content.
1. Access Your Group Settings
Navigate to your community in Go Kollab.
On the Right-hand side, click on the SETTINGS button.
2.Locate the Links Tab
In the settings menu, find the Links section.
2. Insert the Link
Click on The Add Link Button
The Description field is where you enter the name or title that will appear for your link. In the URL field, paste the direct link you want to share. Use the Privacy Dropdown to select whether the link should be public (visible to everyone) or private (only visible to group members). Once you've completed these fields, click the ADD button to include the link on your group card.

3. Test Your Link
After adding the link, it’s always a good idea to test it. Click on the link to ensure it opens the correct webpage and that everything works as expected.
Tips for Adding Links:
Be Descriptive: Instead of pasting raw URLs, use descriptive text (e.g., “View the tutorial here”) to make your posts look cleaner and more user-friendly.
Check URLs: Always double-check the URLs you add to ensure they are correct and direct members to the right place.
Link Placement: Place important links early in the post or prominently, so they are easily noticeable by your audience.
