Accessing Member Approval Questions:
Navigate to Settings > Member Questions to access and manage the approval questions.
Enabling Member Approval Questions:
Toggle the Enable Member Questions button to activate. New members will be prompted to answer the questions.
Creating Approval Questions:
Click Add Questions to add up to 3 unique questions. You can choose question types: Text Box, Single Select, or Multi Select.
Managing Member Responses:
Accessing Responses:
Admins/Owners should regularly check responses under Members Tab > Requested Filter.
Approving/Rejecting Memberships:
In the Requested Filter, click the three dots beside a member and select Membership Answers to approve or decline based on their responses.
Tips:
Use specific questions to better screen members.
Regularly review and update your member questions for relevance.
