Getting Started with Member Approval Questions on GoKollab

Accessing Member Approval Questions:

  • Navigate to Settings > Member Questions to access and manage the approval questions.

Enabling Member Approval Questions:

  • Toggle the Enable Member Questions button to activate. New members will be prompted to answer the questions.

Creating Approval Questions:

  • Click Add Questions to add up to 3 unique questions. You can choose question types: Text Box, Single Select, or Multi Select.

Managing Member Responses:

Accessing Responses:

  • Admins/Owners should regularly check responses under Members Tab > Requested Filter.

Approving/Rejecting Memberships:

  • In the Requested Filter, click the three dots beside a member and select Membership Answers to approve or decline based on their responses.

Tips:

  • Use specific questions to better screen members.

  • Regularly review and update your member questions for relevance.

  • Reviewing these answers helps ensure you're accepting members who align with your community’s goals.
