Overview
Disconnecting HighLevel removes your GoKollab sub-account from your HighLevel Agency. Your courses and communities will continue to run on GoKollab, but you will immediately lose access to the HighLevel features, data, and subscriptions associated with that sub-account.
Steps to disconnect
Open your profile menu. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Go to Integrations. Select Integrations from the profile menu.
Find HighLevel and click Manage. Locate the HighLevel card in the integrations list and click Manage.
Review your current integration. The management window will show you the current state of the connection.
Click Disconnect account. This option sits at the bottom of the management window.
Review what you’ll lose. A “Before you go” screen will summarize the features that will be stopped. Read through this carefully.
Type “Disconnect” to confirm. To prevent accidental disconnection, you will be asked to type Disconnect in the confirmation field before the action can be completed.
What you’ll lose access to
Once disconnected, the following features, data, and subscriptions tied to your HighLevel sub-account will no longer be available:
What stays the same
Disconnecting HighLevel does not affect your GoKollab account. Specifically:
Your courses will continue to run as normal on GoKollab.
Your communities will remain active and accessible to your members.
Your learners and community members retain access to everything they had before.
You can reconnect HighLevel at any time from the Integrations page. A new sub-account will be created — note that this will not restore data from your previous sub-account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover my data after disconnecting?
Data tied to the HighLevel sub-account (contacts, conversations, automations, funnels, phone numbers) cannot be recovered after disconnection. Please consider exporting your HighLevel data before disconnecting.
Will my published funnels and landing pages stay live?
No. Any funnels, landing pages, or websites published through your sub-account will go offline immediately. Visitors will no longer be able to access them.
Can I reconnect HighLevel later?
Yes. Return to the Integrations page at any time and click Connect with HighLevel.
